ESFA Coaching Courses 2019

Football does not just mean players, referees or club committees. Every team deserves an accredited coach.

In an endeavor to assist all Clubs with ensuring their players are coached within the curriculum as well as with knowledge and assistance behind them, ESFA have and are continuing to run, our preseason Coaching Courses.

Our Aldi MiniRoos Certificate was run on 12th February by our Technical Director and was well attended by coaches from many Clubs, at Moore Park Synthetic.

The Senior and Game Training Certificates were run consecutively at David Phillips Synthetic. We would particularly wish to thank UNSW for allowing us use of this ground. Jaime Gomez and guest present Oscar Gonzalez from Football NSW educated our coaches and with this being the first course of the year, there was a great turn out from coaches within our AA competition. Thank you to our Clubs for promoting our courses!

Don’t forget if you attend an ESFA Coaching Course that has a registration fee attached, this fee will be refunded if you register and coach within the 2019 ESFA Competition.

If looking to further your coaching education or commence at the beginning, please ask your Club to contact Jaime and we will come to your grounds over the season either running courses or training sessions to allow coaches to realise the application of a session plan. Take advantage of this and book some time in now.

Keep an eye out for the Club Coaching Coordinators Program to be rolled out with by ESFA shortly.
