2019 FFA Cup Round 5, where the magic really begins.

Five Clubs entered The FFA Cup for 2019; Coogee United, Pagewood Botany, Sydney CBD, Randwick City and Waverley Old Boys. Sydney CBD and Waverley Old Boys and Randwick City  made it to round 4. We congratulate all clubs who entered on their indicative performances against some highly ranked opposition.

One Club remains standing and are in Round 5 with Coogee United set to play the biggest match of their campaign thus far.

On Wednesday 8th May 2019 at 7:00pm the giants of football will be playing at Lambert Park. Apia Leichhardt Tigers, we are told, will be there too!

Of course Apia is not unfamiliar with ESFA Clubs having previously played Maroubra United in the Waratah Cup. This will be the first time Coogee United have encountered Apia and an occasion not to be taken lightly.

Can the 2018 Champion of Champions defeat the NPL1 powerhouse Apia Leichhardt Tigers FC? Only one way to find out, support our ESFA club on Wednesday night at Lambert Park!

We wish Coogee United a successful visit to Lambert Park on Wednesday 8th May.

This is the magic of the Cup!
