Met-East Trials Information - U13, U14 boys

METROPOLITAN EAST STATE TITLES 2011 TRIAL INFORMATION
The State Titles are open to all players from Youth League, Metropolitan Representative League and Association club teams that reside in the following Association areas, Canterbury, Eastern Suburbs and St George.
The Boys U13 and U14 State Titles will be held from Monday 4th July – Friday 8th July.
PLAYERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO TRIAL IF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS NOT PROVIDED:
- Completed Player Nomination Form
- Players are required to supply proof of residency at time of trial
- Photocopy of Utilities bill or Parents drivers licence is sufficient for initial proof and will be attached to the trial form
- Residential address registered at Football NSW has to be in the above areas and will determine final residency qualification

SUNDAY 8TH & 15TH MAY - Please be at the trial 30 minutes before advertised time for registration
