John Perez, the owner of Jazzright Production Services, watched the ESFA Metros at ES Marks Field as the team continued their strong run of form writes Gregory Calacouris.
As a football fan himself, John Perez has been thrilled to sponsor the ESFA Metros and having watched the team play, has been nothing short of impressed.
“The quality is very good. I’m very surprised, the 11s and 12s skill level is really high,” he explains.
“It’s a good thing to do, to develop young football and as I’m seeing, the skill level is very good. It’s great to see young teams developing and the skill level is fantastic, very enjoyable.”
The U12 Metros recently won the Football NSW Centenary Cup and are on a run of 12 matches undefeated, including 11 wins.
John has been involved in football for a number of years, mainly as a player, including for ESFA teams Maroubra, Pagewood and Redfern.
Sponsoring the Metros, John has hoped to instil a sense of importance and pride to the team and recognise their achievements.
“Our main goal is to support the team and give them some confidence and help them along the way during the season in whichever way we can. Obviously we’ll get some exposure for the business but primarily with the team and see them progress,” John discusses.
