ESFA is pleased to announce Bruce Tilt and Andrew Field for the coaching positions of the Subway Skills Acquisition League U11 and U12 teams for the 2012 season.

Bruce Tilt has over 30 years coaching experience and holds a UEFA B Senior Football Level 3 (State License) and is a Coaching Instructor from Sydney, Australia.

Andrew Field has over 30 years coaching experience, including a number of years with ESFA and has coached the ESFA Metropolitan teams from 1996-2001. Andrew holds a current Advanced Accreditation B License.

The ESFA Skills Acquisition League teams represent ESFA in the Football NSW Subway Skills Acquisition League (formerly known as the Metropolitan Representative League). The competition is conducted by Community Football and is a representative competition for the Sydney Metropolitan Associations and Southern and Western Branches for the U11 & U12 boys divisions.

The 2011 season was successful for the ESFA teams. The U12s were the standout team of the year, crowned League Champions and collecting the League Title. The U11 side also performed exceptionally, winning the League Title.
